Shipping policy

KnTapparel ships from Fredericksburg, Virginia. Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, and order volume.

United States shipping

  • Economy shipping: Free. Typical carrier transit time is 5–8 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 7–10 business days.
  • Standard shipping: Available at checkout. Typical carrier transit time is 3–4 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 5–6 business days.
  • Express shipping: Available at checkout. Typical carrier transit time is 1–2 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 3–4 business days.

Transit times begin after the carrier receives the package. The estimated delivery date shown at checkout is based on current fulfillment and carrier data. Business-day estimates exclude weekends and federal holidays.

Order processing

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our location.

International shipping

International shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may be charged by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing.

Address changes

Review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, email kntapparelhelp@gmail.com immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If tracking has not updated, your package appears lost, or it arrives damaged, email kntapparelhelp@gmail.com with your order number. We will help investigate with the carrier and explain the available replacement or refund options.
